TOPIC
Resch Expo Site Overview & Facility Tour 

TOPIC SUMMARY & LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Kurt Wolfgram will provide an overview of the Resch Expo Site. He will review Miron Construction’s role, along with all of the entities involved in the project. Additionally, Kurt will provide a history of the site, including where the old Brown County Arena was located, the old Packer Hall of Fame and Shopko Hall. Logistical challenges and opportunities that the site offered will also be shared. Finally, Kurt will explain the unique construction aspects of the facility and provide a complete tour.

Kurt Wolfgram

Project Executive | Miron Construction Co.

As project executive, Kurt is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and construction of the project. He will work closely with the design and construction teams to facilitate a seamless project delivery. Kurt provides overall project strategy, guidance, and management of project development to ensure successful project
completion. His duties include oversight of construction management, design development, pricing, quality control, and client satisfaction. Kurt brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

   The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
