Jamie Brown
Principal | CLA

Jamie is an experienced tax advisor to closely held businesses and their owners, providing tax research, proactive planning, and compliance. His background includes serving as the controller for a commercial real estate company for three years. He draws on this realworld experience to meet the needs of clients in the real estate and construction industries. Jamie also works with numerous manufacturers. He has extensive experience with the preparation and review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. He has also been involved with numerous ESOP clients.

Joshua D. Ganshert, MST, CPA

Josh Ganshert has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. Josh has a long list of clients that require a diverse range of tax services and structuring. These include construction companies, real estate developers (residential and commercial), real estate investors and hospitality companies. As tax partner, Josh is responsible for the planning and supervision of tax engagements. His primary focus is to manage client needs relative to tax planning and tax saving strategies.

Jared J. Heimerl, CPA

Senior Manager, Tax | Wipfli

Jared Heimerl is a tax senior manager who works with closely held and family-owned businesses in the construction, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. He specializes in tax compliance and planning. Jared is a member of the firm’s research and development (R&D) tax team, helping clients take advantage of federal and local tax incentives, specifically the R&D credit.
