TOPIC
Disruption in the Construction Industry
TOPIC SUMMARY
Disruption is everywhere! Time-tested business models, methods, and approaches are being challenged daily by new competitors, new methods, and new expectations. It is critical for today’s business leaders to refrain from relying on past successes, and instead work to identify disruptors and the risks they create before it results in lost share, profit, or worse. However, with a pro-active focus and mindset, today’s business leaders can actually embrace the opportunities that come from disruption for growth and expansion.

BIOGRAPHY
Scott Teerlinck was named President of Werner Electric Supply in January 2013. In his current role, Scott is responsible for the day-to-day executive management of Werner Electric, its related real estate and fleet management entities, as well as the company’s joint venture in Minnesota.
