LLL Breastfeeding in the Millennium 

Thank you for coming to be a part of the La Leche League of New York's 2018 Conference; Breastfeeding in the Millennium. For all session topics and information, meal details and any additional informtion, please check our website: lllny.org

***To select session topics, and activities the number of attendees MUST be typed into the available field.***

For all sessions on Saturday 10/27/2018, you MUST  select a topic for each session you would like to attend. If you are unable to select a topic it means that the session has been filled to room capacity. In this situation please select another topic to attend.

Supervision of children

All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. The hotel has a pool which can be accessed using your room keys. No child is to be left unattended in the pool area under any circumstances. Please be aware that the hotel has many streams, steps, bridges, and even live fish swimming around. Children love this setting. All children need to be supervised when in these areas.Children, regardless of age, are allowed to accompany their parents to CERP sessions at Area Conferences. CERP speakers and attendees should be aware and accepting of the fact that first-time parents and older children may attend these sessions. Please be respectful of the needs of all attendees and quietly respectful to the speaker who is presenting.

Stroller Policy

Stroller Permits will be issued only in the following circumstances: a pregnant parent with an attending toddler, a parent with twins, or a parent or child who is physically challenged. Due to safety precautions, no strollers will be allowed otherwise. Please mark the appropriate box on your registration form if you fall into one of these categories. Many families find slings and front carriers or backpacks helpful for carrying a baby or toddler.

CERP/CEU credits

CERPs have been applied for from IBLCE through a providership with LLL Alliance for Breastfeeding Education. LLL CEUs for La Leche League Leaders and La Leche League Leader applicants have been applied for through LLL Alliance for Breastfeeding Education.

Photography disclosure

We will be taking photographs during the event. By registering for the event, you grant to La Leche League the right to take photographs of you, your guests, and minor children in connection with the 2018 La Leche League of New York Area Conference. You authorize La Leche League to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. You agree that La Leche League may use such photographs of you and your family with or without your name and for any lawful purpose including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Registration deadlines

Regular registration tickets are available until 10/1/2018 at 10:00pm EST. After that late registration will be available for an additional $10.00. Food orders must be in by 10/1/2018 at 10:00pm EST. After that time the option to order food will be closed. Online registration will close on 10/22/2018 at 10:00pm EST. After that date and time, you may register at the door the day of the conference; late registration rates will apply.

Return policy

Full refund of registration less eventbrite processing fees can be given prior to 9/26/2018 when you notify us in writing. No refunds for meals will be completed after 10/1/2018.
