New Massachusetts Short-Term Rental Law Workshop

Governor Baker signed into law a new bill regulating and taxing short-term rentals. The timeline for implementation of the law will pose significant changes for Realtors conducting short-term rentals in 2019. Join us as we explore what this new short-term rental tax means for Cape Cod.

About the Speakers:

Kenneth Smith served as the Senior Vice President of the 7 Red Jacket Resorts located on Cape Cod and in North Conway, NH for the last 8 years. Mr. Smith has more than 30 years in the hospitality industry and has held senior management positions with Red Jacket Resorts for the last 18 years and presently the Catania Hospitality Group.
