Porter Services
The hotel Valet will not transport items larger than the Valet trolly to the Convention Center.  Porter services must be scheduled prior to arrival on Saturday Morning September 27th.  SER can be reached at 508-757-3397 ext . 119 on the morning of installation or pre-ordered at SER Porter Services

Our objective is to make your experience a valuable one,

  • Our unique floor plan calls for ALL attendees to pass through a Maze allowing the doctors to pass in front of every exhibitor booth. No more waiting and hoping for a doctor encounter
  • The Exhibits are open all day long beginning at 7am.  Scheduled Breaks during Pre-registration coffee/tea service, Mid Morning Snack Break, 90 Minute Lunch With the Doctors and Mid Afternoon Snacks. Food and beverage stations are strategically located to draw the doctors through the maze.   
  • Snack Treat Baskets are also available for Exhibitor Booths.  
  • During the 90 minute lunch encounter with the doctors Exhibitors are assigned to specific tables so you may meet and break bread with up to 9 doctors at your table your associates will also be assigned to a table.

You are invited to bring your Retractable Banners to the Pre-Function Registration area, outside of the Vendor Hall, of the Grand Pequot Tower Convention Center beginning at 11am on Friday September 26th. Please call to confirm.

Vendor Exhibits setup in the Vendor Hall begin on Saturday September 27th at 6am.

  5. EMail Quarter Page AD in Black and White (Grey tones ok too)  Dimensions may be 3.5" wide x 4.5" high OR  8" wide x 2.5" Long. This will be placed in the Event Program
