This workshop is designed for owners/potential owners of properties with 8 or less units, and includes an overview of the Rent Control Ordinance, and information on topics including habitability issues and compliance with Rent Board and City laws, conflict resolution, managing longer-term tenancies, how to raise rents, and putting together leases.
