Come Celebrate St. Joseph's Day with the Staten Island Network!
Please join us for an evening to explore the history and food of St. Joseph's Day celebration, thought to have originated in the 11th Century in Sicily.
We will learn more about the tradition with a short presentation and also observe a cooking demonstration by renowned Chef Vittorio of Trattoria Romana. Vittorio will discuss the origins of the food being served, as well as the traditions behind it.
