Veterinary Specialty Center will host a two hour client service continuing education evening that will focus on a variety of topics and challenges that our practices face each day.

  • Critical Conversations: Laying the Course for Success
  • The Perception of Value: Knowing When to Set Boundaries
  • Firing Clients: Is the Customer Always Right?
  • Protecting Your Practice: The Importance of Detailed Documentation
  • Reputation Management: Tips to Responding to Online Reviews

This will be a combination lecture/roundtable discussion featuring Jayme Richardson, Certified Practice Manager, Project Manager, and Jenny Wiltse, Client Services Manager. Jayme also was the practice manager at VSC at Illinois.
