Will Morris, JD, LLM, became a licensed attorney in 1977. He attended the University of Arkansas, University of Arkansas School of Law, Southern Methodist University School of Law (Master of Law and Graduate Certificate in Mediation). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas County Bar Association, Collin County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
As a trial attorney, he tried over 100 jury trials in State and Federal Courts and successfully appealed to the State Supreme Court. In his current practice, he has focused on creating a client centered format and personal relationship.
His broad legal, business and insurance experience allow him to give his clients a unique, professional perspective on their risk management strategies. Clients want an informed and enduring relationship with their attorney as well as a customized strategic plan for their family's security - not a one-time encounter that produces only documents. He believes that estate planning should be based on a relationship, not a transaction.
As a Baby Boomer traveling the evolutionary path of son, husband, parent, grandparent, son of aging parents and future aging parent, he has experience and understands every family dynamic and the relationship and responsibility among generations.
He has been married to Lisa for over 35 years. They have three adult boys, Brad, Paul, and Zack, and five grandchildren.
