After a successful career in life insurance sales in Boston, Mary Anne's corporate office encouraged her to move to Dallas as Assistant Vice President of Training and Development.  She fell in love with Dallas, fell in love with training, but the corporate world was not for her.  She created her dream job and in 1994 opened the doors to Peak Performance Solutions with the primary offerings around sales and service.  Over time, the offerings expanded and now she spends more time conducting management, leadership and team building.  Active in professional associations, she met her husband, Roy Davis, through the Association for Talent Development.  They have two separate companies, Peak Performance Solutions and Davis Success Solutions, LLC, and work together to provide workplace learning and performance improvements in the area of professional development, business/sales management, team effectiveness and interpersonal communication skills.  Her dream has stood the test of time because of her passion for what she does.

Mike Smith entered the business in 1993 as a marketing and agent service representative at The Brokerage, Inc.  He is now President of The Brokerage, an insurance marketing organization licensed in all 50 states.  The Brokerage specializes in life, health, financial, senior insurance products and marketing services.  Mike is an active member of NAIFA-Dallas and the 2016 recipient of the coveted NAIFA-Dallas Advisor of the Year Award.  He is also a member of NAHU (TAHU Hollis Roberson Award, 2015; FWAHU Donna Carnal Career Achievement Award, 2005; President of Ft Worth Chapter, 1997), the National Association of Insurance & Life Brokerage Agencies, The Brokers Health Insurance Network (President 2008-2009), America's Long Term Care Insurance Experts (Member of the Founding Board of Directors), Sub Centers and The Marketing Alliance.
