In 2011, David Farabee completed his sixth term in the Texas Legislature.  David was named "Texoma's Best" three times by the readers of the Times Record News because of his commitment to constituent service while serving in the Texas Legislature.  David is a native of Wichita Falls.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Midwestern State University and began his career as an insurance agent 34 years ago at age 20.  He is currently Vice President and Partner of Boley-Featherston Insurance Agency in Wichita Fallas and has earned the professional designations of LUTCF and Chartered Life Underwriter.

Shawn Talbot came on board as the Executive Director of NAIFA-Texas in May 2018.  Prior to moving to Texas, she served as the Executive Director for the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association in Sacramento from 2014-2018.  From 2004-2014, she worked for the California Associaton of Marriage and Family Therapists in San Diego as the Director of Chapter Relations and Certification.

Since 2007, Wayne Mohr has been the Disability Income Regional Vice President for Principal Financial covering the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Mississippi, writing over $50M in new individual DI sales.  He has over 30 years' experience in the DI industry.  He graduated from Texas A&M (Kingsville) in 1981 and entered active duty as a captain in the U.S. Army until 1987.
