1 Queen per age division who will win a beautiful rhinestone crown, and an embroidered sash and special gift

 Two Alternates per age division will be named as runner ups if divisions are Full  

Side Awards: 1 contestant per division will win Most Beautiful, Best Dressed, Best Hair, & OOC  ! 

Overall Grand Supreme : One girl in each break down will win this . Ages  0-4, 5-12, 13-up, This is the contestant that has the highest beauty and OOC combined.  Queen will be awarded Large Crown, Custom Embrodered Sash, Large Stuffed Animal 

Overall Mini Grand Supreme: One girl in each age break down will be awarded this . Ages 0-4, 5-12, 13-up will be awarded to the contestant that has the second highest score with beauty and OOC combined. Queen will be awarded a large crown, sash.

Outfit of Choice:
Is exactly that outfit of choice, this can be off the rack or hand-made. We would like for you to do something with summertime to help with our theme, but is not required and will not help or hurt score of contestant.

Everything above is included in the price . Everything in our system is scored seperatley.  Only Beauty/ and OOC is combined to get the supreme and queen winners.

This is a semi-glitz pageant system. Pageant/Formal dresses are encouraged. No Full Glitz! Any color is acceptable. Makeup and Hair pieces are acceptable ONLY if they are used to enhance the contestant’s beauty. No Flippers are allowed! Walk should be natural, graceful, and elegant. Girls should appear comfortable on stage!

Everything stated above is included in your entry FEE! If you choose to not participate in the optionals below  then your child will just not be judged. Side awards and Optionals have no basis on Queens, Grand Supremes  or Supremes!

Optional Categories:

The winner of each optional will have no basis on who is crowned as queen. The optional categories are not included in your application fee. These categories will include Photogenic,  Portfolio ,Swimsuit and Overall Jack Pots. These categories will be judged at the beginning of each division.

Photogenic: $5.00 each Picture. Pictures MUST be labeled with the contestant’s name and age division. Please make sure that all photographs are at least 5x7 and no bigger than 8x10. If not in these size’s photos will not be acceptable. Photographs can be head shots or body shots. Please bring photos with you to the pageant.
Each winner will receive a special award.

Swimsuit:  $10.00 -This can be a two piece or a one piece. Bathing suit must be age appropriate. No tatoos or belly piercing can show. Can wear a cover up. 

Portfolio:  $10.00- Must have at least 5-10 pics in a binding notebook of some sorts. Pictures should be body and headshots, they should show off the childs personality.

Optional Jackpot Overalls -Cost is 10.00 each :

 This award goes to the highest overall Most beautiful, Overall Best OOC, and Overall Most Photogenic. This can be doubled with the winners. Must enter to win it. Age break downs for this are 0-4, 5-12, 13-up

Starz Ambassador Award

Every contestant collecting at least $100.00 in sponsorship will receive a large crown and an embroidered sash with your name on the sash. If a contestant collects $300.00 or more, she will receive a large trophy, crown, and a a Lifetime Ambassdor sash. You need to tell us what cause/benefit you will be supporting for your title. If you do the $100.00 sponsorship fee then you are only a queen for a year. If you choose the $350.00 sponoship Fee you will be a lifetime Ambassdor Queen. Your sash is different then a Queen Ambassdor. You will need to make appearances at parades, and other functions wearing your crown and sash. You will be recognized on stage for this.  If you are collecting money for this we have to know no later than July 19, 2016. MOney is not due till Aug 1, 2016.


People’s Choice Award

We will host “The People’s Choice Award” for each pageant session. Anyone attending the pageant will be able to cast votes by ballot for $1.00 per vote to choose their favorite contestant. Start collecting votes now and turn in all money on the day of the pageant. Winners will receive a Crown , sash  ! This does not affect judge's decisions. Can be doubled crown .  

Pageant Rules

Pictures, Portfolios and Score Sheets may be picked up at the end of the day. We will not mail scores unless you pay for postage. If you do not pick up your scores they will be emailed to you if you ask. Score sheets  are only kept for two weeks after pageant. 

All Bios, applications and money must be turned in by the deadline. Deadline is
August 1, 2016

There are no refunds UNLESS pageant is canceled or rescheduled. If contestant is not able to make pageant, fees will be transferred to the next pageant that is being held. If fees do not cover the full entry of next pageant, the difference will need to be paid in order for contestant to attend. We will only transfer to the next pageant.

Bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated. If you choose this you will be asked to leave building with no refund.


Judges scores are final! Judges CANNOT be approached during judging or crowning. After pageant has ended, you can talk to judges.


Please do not approach staff while they are tallying scores or while a contestant is on stage. Questions can be asked before pageant begins, during breaks between attire chances, while we wait for crowning or after the pageant.


If there is a mistake during crowning and contestant receives wrong award or no award at all, we will double check final scores and awards will be mailed to contestant. If parent chooses to not accept awards or to help fix problem, no awards will be sent.

Children that are not competing, parents must control while pageant is in session. This is so that judges can focus on contestants.
Inquiries regarding your daughter’s scores will not be discussed at the pageant.


Door Admission is $6.00 for Adults and $3.00 for children under 10. This price is for ALL audience members pre-registered online.  Cost for this at the door is more . We do not offer paid arm band with contestant. The door entry is to help pay for the venue.

Sooner you register the cheaper the pageant is . Price will go by the date you register or put down deposit. First in division to register is last out in group. 

A $25.00 deposit will hold your spot in line and the cost of the pageant when you register. You must register and pay deposit for this to be honored.

The sooner you register the more you save!!!

If we have more than 30 girls we will add more supreme titles. The more girls we get the more titles we will add!

The Application Fee MUST be included with your Application. The Balance MUST be paid at the time of Registration. ***Deadline to Enter Pageant is August 14, 2014 2014. Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 fee. Starz Pageants, or anyone associated with this pageant are not responsible for any accident or injury to persons or personal items during the pageant. Nor do we take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
