1 Queen per age division who will win a beautiful rhinestone crown, and an embroidered sash

Two Alternates per age division will be named as runner ups! If the divison is full. We are only taken 8 per divison.

Beauty: 0-4 can be a short dress. 5-up should be long pageant style dress. Examples 

Side Awards: 1 contestant per division will win Most Beautiful, Best Hair, Best Dress, OOC,  and Photogenic! 

Photogenic pictures MUST be labeled and emailed to starzpageants@gmail.com no later then September 5. With the contestant’s name and age division in the email.  Please make sure that all photographs are at least 5x7 and no bigger than 8x10 in jpeg form. If not in these size’s photos will not be acceptable. Photographs can be head shots or body shots.  Additional photos are $5.00 each. 

Outfit of Choice: Is exactly that outfit of choice, this can be off the rack or hand made. We would like for you to stick with the Vintage Theme if possible but will not help or hurt the score of the contestant.  Some Examples below of Vintage Pinup outfits . 

Overall Grand Supreme Queens:

3 per pageant: 3 girls will be awarded this title, 0-4, 5-10, 11& and up! This will be the contestant with the HIGHEST SCORES. She will be awarded a Large Rhinestone Crown, and a Custom Embroidered Sash.

Overall Mini Grand Supreme: If we have 30 contestants we will have 3 Mini supremes. This is the girl with the next highest score in the age group break down. 0-4, 5-10, and 11-up . She will recieve a Rhinestone Crown , and a custom Embroidered Sash.  

This is a semi-glitz pageant system. Pageant/Formal dresses are encouraged. No Full Glitz! Any color is acceptable. Makeup and Hair pieces are acceptable ONLY if they are used to enhance the contestant’s beauty. No Flippers are allowed! No heavy spray tans . Walk should be natural, graceful, and elegant. Girls should appear comfortable on stage! You can wear your hair in a vintage style for this pageant if you would like.

Everything stated above is included in your entry FEE!  Side award winners have no bases on the Winners or Overall Supreme Winners. Cost is $85.00 to enter. Cost will go up $20.00 after the first of each month . Pay your $25.00 non refundable deposit to hold your spot and cost today. 

Optional Categories: To qualify for these you must pay the additional cost for each optional . 

The winner of each optional will have no basis on who is crowned as queen. The optional categories are not included in your application fee. These categories will include Talent and Swimsuit. These categories will be judged at the end of each division.

Swim Suit:
 Swimsuit can be a whole piece or a two piece. No thongs, or belly button piercings should be worn.  Winners will receive a trophy .

Overall Jackpots: Will have three in each break down, only can qualify if you enter. 0-4, 5-10, 11-up . Winners will recieve a beautiful Crown.  

 Most Beautiful, Best Outfit of Choice, Best Swimsuit : Cost is $30.00 for all three or $15.00 each. 

Vintage Billboard Photo: Winner with the highest photo score  will be rewarded the Vintage Billboard Photo. Cost is $20.00 Three will be awarded 0-4, 5-10 and 11-up. Winner will receive a beautiful crown,  Sash and a large photo plaque with their winning picture on it. 

Starz Ambassador Award:

Every contestant collecting at least $100.00 in sponsorship will receive a large crown and an embroidered sash with your name on the sash. If a contestant collects $200.00 or more, she will receive a large Plaque , crown, and a sash. You need to tell us what cause/benefit you will be supporting for your title. You hold this title for a year. You will need to make appearances at parades, and other functions wearing your crown and sash. You will be recognized on stage for this. If you are collecting money for this we have to know no later than August 25 No exceptions!

People’s Choice Award:

We will host “The People’s Choice Award” for each pageant session. Anyone attending the pageant will be able to cast votes by ballot for $1.00 per vote to choose their favorite contestant. Start collecting votes now and turn in all money on the day of the pageant. Winners will receive a Crown ! If contestant collects over a 100.00 in peoples choice votes she will win a pandora bracelet and a beautiful crown. Start collecting votes now! Peoples choice winners will also be able to participate in parades and queen things as well.   This has no bases on  judge's decisions! 

Package one : Cost is $85.00 This includes Beauty, Side awards (most beautiful, best hair, Photo, and best dress) and Overall Grand Supremes.

Package Two: Cost is $135.00 This includes Beauty , side awards (most beautiful, best hair, photo, and best dress) Overall Grand Supremes , All Jack Pots, and Swimsuit . 

Pageant Rules:

Score Sheets may be picked up at the end of each crowning.

All Bios, applications and money must be turned in by the deadline. Deadline is
September 9. 2016.

There are no refunds UNLESS pageant is canceled or rescheduled. If contestant is not able to make pageant, fees will be transferred to the next pageant that is being held. If fees do not cover the full entry of next pageant, the difference will need to be paid in order for contestant to attend. We will only transfer to the next pageant.

Bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated. If you choose this you will be asked to leave building with no refund.

Judges scores are final! Judges CANNOT be approached during judging or crowning. After pageant has ended, you can talk to judges.

Please do not approach staff while they are tallying scores or while a contestant is on stage. Questions can be asked before pageant begins, during breaks between attire chances, while we wait for crowning or after the pageant.

If there is a mistake during crowning and contestant receives wrong award or no award at all, we will double check final scores and awards will be mailed to contestant. If parent chooses to not accept awards or to help fix problem, no awards will be sent.

Children that are not competing, parents must control while pageant is in session. This is so that judges can focus on contestants.
Inquiries regarding your daughter’s scores will not be discussed at the pageant.

Door Admission is $8.00 for Adults and $4.00 for children under 10. This price is for ALL audience members pre-registered online. We do not offer paid arm band with contestant. The door entry is to help pay for the venue. Cost at the door is :

The cost of this pageant is $85.00 if you want to add optionals   those are additional . 

If we have more than 30 girls we will add more supreme titles. The more girls we get the more titles we will add!

The Application Fee MUST be included with your Application. The Balance MUST be paid at the time of Registration. ***Deadline to Enter Pageant is September 5th, 2015. Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 fee. Starz Pageants, or anyone associated with this pageant are not responsible for any accident or injury to persons or personal items during the pageant. Nor do we take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
