100th Year House Parties
The difference we make together
This fall, gather with neighbors to celebrate the past & vitalize the future.
A unique part of our 100th year celebration will be a series of house parties across the region. Together we will share stories and raise support for the 2nd Century of faith-rooted action for justice. This is a powerful chance to connect with the past, present, and future of God’s always-evolving work through the Church Council of Greater Seattle.
Parties are 2 hours long and will take place in 10 homes across King and South Snohomish County. Scheduled dates will be from mid-September to mid-November 2019. Accessible locations, as well as both afternoon and evening times, will be offered. There is no charge to attend. We ask guests to contribute an appetizer or dessert, building the party together!
Financial gifts at the parties may be designated toward two causes: this year's activities or the 2nd Century Campaign -- a special fund to strengthen future grassroots leadership for faith-rooted justice work. You may give to both funds -- supporting today and tomorrow!

What is the 2nd Century Campaign?
Just as our founders did in 1919, you can help imagine new responses to the divisive forces in our culture. The 2nd Century Campaign, a 100th Anniversary appeal, supports the future of people of faith working together to forge peace and justice in the public square. The 2C Campaign does this in 2 ways:
A courageous friend made a $100,000 leadership gift to the 2C Campaign. Help us to turn that into $200,000 for our 2nd Century of leaders!
