2019 Youth Tubing Rally & Mission Day

Monday, January 14thWelcome to the online registration for our annual winter youth tubing event.
We will begin our time together with mixers, worship, a service project, and lunch at LAMP (home of the offices of Heartland Presbytery), and conclude with tubing fun at Snow Creek Ski Area. This event is for Heartland Presbytery youth and their chaperones.
$45 covers the tubing ticket, lunch, and a snack with hot chocolate after tubing. ($20 if you are not tubing). If you forgo the service project and lunch, and simply meet up with us for tubing, the cost is $30.
Please download, print, and complete the liability form - refer to the link below. This is mandatory for each person in order to participate at Snow Creek. Please give this to your group chaperone or responsible adult.

Please bring plastic grocery bags. We will need lots of them to complete our service project. The more you can bring, the better!

9:45am – The Adults/Non-Youth Participants show up
9:45am-11:30am Make Beds of Bags
11:30am – MLK Program
12:00pm – Lunch
1pm – Youth leave for Snow Creek
1pm – Adults/Non Youth Participants leave
2-4pm – Youth Tubing
4pm – Youth leave Snow Creek
