October 29th Called Meeting Heartland Presbytery - Online Registration

Welcome to the online registration for the upcoming called meeting of the presbytery. Join us for this exciting time in the life of our presbytery as we welcome and receive into membership our Interim Executive Presbyter, Rev. D'Ann (Dee) Copper.

By registering online, you save time at check-in, and there is no need to complete the handwritten "Attendance Form".

The October 29th, Called Presbytery Meeting will be held at the Trinity Presbyterian Church, in Independence, Missouri (refer to event location at the left for address, map, and a link to access driving directions from your location).

Check-in and "Meet and Greet" with D'Ann: 1:00pm

Meeting begins: 2:00pm

Following the meeting, the "Meet and Greet" with D'Ann will resume.

At this meeting:

There will be NO "first time commissioners" orientation.

There will be NO lunch/meal.

Childcare WILL be provided, as long as you register and reserve childcare by the deadline.

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 22ND.

If you miss the online registration deadline - that does not mean you cannot attend. Those who decide to attend after OCTOBER 22ND, will need to register AT the meeting. Please complete the handwritten "Attendance Form" and bring it with you (preferred), or complete one upon arrival.

If you would like to request an excused absence for this meeting, you may do so by completing the registration under "Register Now", and then selecting the option that indicates you are not able to attend.
