Stated Meeting of Heartland Presbytery
Online Registration
Meeting begins: 9:00am
**Registration/Check-In Begins at 8:00am**
The meeting will be held at HEARTLAND CENTER. Refer to the event location at the left for address, map, and a link to driving directions from your location. **NOTE: As of August 14th, WB 45 Highway is closed at Route K. The detour is to head south on Route K approximately 0.1 miles then go right on Brinkmyer Rd. This will take you back to 45 Highway. Please use caution when driving through this construction zone. It is possible that by September 19th, the contruction will be completed.
The online registration deadline is Monday, September 11th.
Welcome to the online registration for the upcoming stated meeting of the presbytery. By registering online, you save time at check-in, and there is no need to complete the handwritten "Attendance/Registration Form". This also helps in preparing for lunch, and in planning for snack breaks. The online registration gives the option for teaching elders (pastors) to submit their excused absences.
At this month's meeting:
*Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Tours of the camp MAY be available for those who wish to participate.
*Those who have ordered the new 2017-2019 Book of Order, will be able to pick them up at the meeting. Extras will be on hand for "cash and carry". Simply bring this completed ORDER FORM along with payment.
*COAL will be conducting a makeup minute reading session. We will be reading the minutes during lunch in the Genesis Room at Heartland Camp. If you intend to bring your minutes to be read please email the moderator of COAL, Jeromey Howard, at ucpcpastor@gmail.com to let him know that you will be coming. We want to make sure we have everything in place to meet everyone’s needs.
If you miss the online registration, that does not mean you cannot attend. Those who decide to attend after September 11th, will need to register AT the meeting - just complete the handwritten "Attendance/Registrtion Form" and bring it with you (preferred), or complete one upon arrival.
If you are planning to attend the meeting, register your attendance, lunch reservation, and childcare needs by clicking the "Register Now" button below. If you are a teaching elder, and would like to be excused from the meeting, also hit the "Register Now" button, complete the registration and select "I am NOT attending, please excuse me from the meeting" at the very bottom of the registration. This will record your excused absence.
