Exhibitor Reservation Information

 The Exhibitor area for this conference will be at Reliant Center in Houston, Texas.  Don’t be left out – reserve your space now!  

• First-come, first-served booth assignment.  Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with your paid registration. 
• Door Prize Bonanza:  Our goal is to get the participants to YOUR BOOTH!  HAAEYC will provide a centrally located sign advertising exhibitors offering Door Prizes.  You collect names and draw winners.  We will post the winners’ names on the sign and direct them to you to pick up their prizes.  You want people in your booth, and we want to help!  Please provide your own door prize drawing container.

 Pricing Early Bird $325 (before March 20, 2015) / $375 regular rate

Special Double & Triple Booth Rate! 

 If you’d like to “spread out,” why not consider renting two or three booths? For the special rate of $425 Early Bird Rate/ $475 for double or $525 Early Bird Rate / $575 for a triple, you can expand the size of your booth, and number of tables & chairs.  Can you pass up this offer?

Special Single-Booth Rate for 501(c) (3) nonprofit organizations:  We’d like to invite other nonprofit organizations to join us. This rate will also apply for colleges and universities. Please provide a copy of your 501(c) (3) tax exempt status letter in order to receive the special rate of $125 Early Bird (until March 20, 2015) or $150 after the 20^th.

Setup time on Friday will be from 1:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Saturday, April 11, 2015 exhibitors should be ready to go at 7:30 am and remain until 4:30 pm when the conference ends
