Meditation is More than You Think - Class

In this accredited Centers for Spiritual Living course, the student delves into 8 different meditation practices over the course of 8 weeks. As a survey course it is designed to expose participants to a wide variety of meditations and help answer questions such as, How do I meditate? Experienced meditators, as well as those that have perhaps set a regular practice down, that are looking for encouragement and an inspiring boost are as well-suited to this course as newcomers to this ancient spiritual practice. Ultimately, the purpose of this class is to touch different meditation styles in such a way that students can identify one or more that work best for their personality and lifestyle.

Reverend Carmien Owen serves as the Spiritual Director of the Centre for Spiritual Living Saskatoon. Carmien's passion is the pursuit of spirituality and he does that through active learning of spiritual concepts, cultivating an expanding consciousness, composing piano music, writing, and as a Minister with the Centers for Spiritual Living.
