The DC Community is coming together to support youth and young adults with disabilities in developing self-determination and transitioning into employment, education, and independence. We anticipate that hundreds of local high school educators and students with IEPs, 504 plans, and disabilities will attend. Please join us and take advantage of this great networking opportunity!
