ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:

TREY BORING is senior vice president with IMS Worldwide and oversees project management, business development and activation of new Foreign Trade Zone sites. He has overseen recent FTZ projects in Michigan, Arizona, California, Ohio and Texas, including activation of new general purpose zones, multi-site zones, and subzones.

KAREN FOX is director of customer service and internal sales for the NC State Ports Authority. She directs and oversees all aspects of the NC State Port Authority's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. She is also responsible for creating market awareness of NC Ports' services and strategic advantages. She joined the agency in 1989.

LOU TAPPER is vice president for global business development at Longistics. He is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the global marketing and sales strategy for the company, and expanding into emerging markets around the world. Prior to joining Longistics in July 2010, Lou served as the district sales manager for FedEx for more than 10 years.
