South-Western City Schools Educational Foundation's
2018 Drive Forward Golf Outing

Please join the SWCSEF on Monday, June 11, 2018 at the exclusive Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, Ohio for the 2018 Drive Forward Golf Outing. All proceeds from the Golf Outing will benefit the students of the South-Western City School District. SWCSEF funds student scholarships for the district's outstanding scholars as well as grants for teacher innovation in the classroom.

Individual registration is $125.00

Team of four registration is $450.00

(if paying online, each of the three additional teammates will cost $108.33/per person for a total cost of $450.00)

Using the link below, participants can register as a team of four or can register individually and will be assigned to a team. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. on June 11th with teams teeing off at 10:00 a.m. The range will open at 9:00 a.m.  Lunch will be served to all participants. The golf outing will include door prizes, raffle opportunities, as well as hole contests. We can't wait to see you there!

Registration for the 2018 Drive Forward Golf Outing will close on Thursday, June 7, 2018.

Event and hole sponsorships are available and can be completed using the registration link below.  Your sponsorship is greatly appreciated as we work together to provide these important opportunities for our students and staff.  All sponsors will be recognized at the 2018 Drive Forward Golf Outing.

** Please note if you would like to complete your sponsorship and payment online and are NOT registering as a golfer, please complete the entire registration form and add on either "hole sponsor" or "event sponsor".  You will then need to enter the promo code "SPONSORONLY" and hit "Apply"  - this code will remove the $125.00 registration fee from your total and leave only the sponsorship amount to be paid.**
