Integrating Housing Management and Development with Health Outcomes
Integrating Housing Management and Development with Health Outcomes will take place on Wednesday, November 30th at the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) in Columbus from 9 am to 4 pm.
Presentations will include ways to incorporate healthy measures into developing and maintaining affordable housing, developing healthy housing for seniors, EPA's Indoor airPLUS label, a Cleveland healthy homes initiative (BuildHealth Challenge Project), Case Western Reserve's study of the impact of poor housing and lead poisoning on kindergarteners in Cleveland, and federal, state and local updates on lead.

Important Information for Registrants
Registration begins at 8 am. The Forum will be held in ODOT's auditorium on the Lower Level. Free parking is available; open spaces may be located on the outside perimeters of the parking lot.
Registration fees are $25 for OHHN members, $35 for non-members and $15 for full-time students. Presenters and sponsors are free of charge (sponsors' free passes are based on their level of support).
Is your organization or agency a member? Or are you an individual member? You can find out by checking the list of 2016 OHHN members. If you are not a member, this is a great time to join for 2017 and receive the discount on your registration fee. You can join at OHHN.org using Pay Pal or download the membership application and pay by check.
Lunch will be provided on site. Participants will receive a lunch voucher at registration for use in the ODOT cafeteria (note: the cafeteria has a wide range of options to meet special needs such as vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.) Be sure to check in at the registration desk to get your lunch voucher.

OHHN accepts payment through Pay Pal and by check. If paying by check, make check out to Ohio Healthy Homes Network and mail to PO Box 2562, Columbus, Ohio 43216. You may also bring it with you to registration. Contact OHHN if you need a W-9 for a purchase order or an invoice. If using an agency purchase order, choose 'paying by check' on the registration form. Please register on-line using the Register Now link below by Monday, November 26; however, if you miss the deadline, you may register at the door.
Speaker presentations will be placed on the OHHN website immediately prior to the Forum so that you may view them during and after the Forum.

5.25 CEU hours for Registered Sanitarians (RS) have been requested for the Fall Forum. Please indicate your interest in R.S. CEUs on the registration form.
