Janmarie:  Janmarie Connor is President and CEO of Connor Fine Painting, a certified woman and minority-owned, commercial and industrial maintenance painting contractor. Connor is well-known in the local commercial real estate market for its award-winning safety culture, and for delivering sustainable and innovative painting and coating solutions for the professionals it serves.  Highly active in her industry and community, Janmarie serves on a variety of boards, including La Plaza, the National Association of Women Business Owners, (NAWBO Indianapolis) and an International NGO associated with the United Nations. She is also a member/volunteer for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Coalition for Construction Safety, (CCS) and IndyCREW.

Bob:  Bob started in the construction business over 30 years ago in high school by doing residential painting and landscaping that transformed into multi-family remodeling and eventually into commercial construction by the time he finished at Indiana University studying business.  At Kort Builders today Bob’s responsibilities are leadership, vision and helping in business development.  Being an entrepreneur at heart, he has invested and partnered in numerous business ventures including The District Tap and Cholita restaurants Kort Builders (KBI) is a local commercial construction company specializing in building relationships with companies and individuals who are looking for a partner to build office, healthcare, warehouse, retail and hospitality in the Indianapolis and surrounding area.

Julia:  Since mid-2015 Julia Evinger has been associated with Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading investment sales brokerage.  Julia has provided advisory services to her clients assisting in the creation and preservation of wealth through commercial real estate ownership. Julia represents both private and institutional investors across the country in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties including net leased Industrial, Office, Medical Office, and Retail assets. Over the past five years, she has successfully closed over 45 transactions representing $140 Million in sales and she has provided more than a quarter billion dollars in valuations.  Areas of Focus:  Construction Services, Equipment Rental Locations, Distribution and Logistics Warehouses, Automotive Parts and Services.  As a member of the Nation's largest commercial real estate investment services firm, Marcus & Millichap, Julia successfully creates a market for exclusively represented assets to support price and surety of closings.   Julia has developed a loyal clientele referring her additional business contacts and representing dispositions across asset types. Julia is honored to be the 2021 Co-Chair of CREW National Industry Research Committee.  Her husband and sons are also in commercial real estate.  Her daughter works in Venture Capital.  

Christa:  Christa Calderone is an integral client-facing member of the high-energy office brokerage team, Office Indy, at Colliers International.  Christa administers client and prospective accounts and activities toward the transaction process, conducts property showings to prospective clients, open houses and special team events, performs financial analyses, and produces critical client-facing reporting initiatives.  For the team’s substantial transactional activity and listings portfolio, she stays focused on the overall objective of providing quality customer service to execute deals and fostering ongoing relationships for future successes.  In recognition of her entrepreneurial work across multiple company initiatives, Christa was awarded the firm’s Enterprise Award and selected as a participant in the Colliers Women’s Diversity Program, “Taking the Stage” leadership program.  For 2019, Office Indy earned the distinguished honor of being the top producing team at Colliers Indianapolis.  Christa has been a participating member of IndyCREW for the last 8 years, most recently as a board member and representing board member for ICBR.  Colliers International is a leading diversified professional services and investment management company. Amy:  Amy Williams is the Director of Asset Management for Kittle Property Group. With more than 10 years of experience in the multi-family industry, Amy specializes in maximizing revenue while minimizing loss through capital project management and supporting ancillary revenue opportunities. With a focus on relationship management with external partners, financial reporting and work out plans for any ownership objectives, Amy strives to be a valued team player. An energetic self-starter with the ability to lead and work well with others, Amy enjoys utilizing her leadership, and management skills to proactively resolve big picture issues and continually improve customer service.
