Pre-order favorite James Howe books for autographing at the event by returning the pre-order form by November 22.
Please join us on November 30 at 6:00 to hear acclaimed and beloved children's and teens' author James Howe.
Howe is the author of over 80 books for young readers, including Bunnicula and its sequels, as well as the Pinky and Rex chapter books for younger readers. In 2001, Howe published The Misfits, the story of four outcast seventh-graders who try to end name-calling in their school. The Misfits is now widely read and studied in middle schools throughout the country (including RDS) and inspired the national No Name-Calling Week movement . Howe's many other books for children from preschool through teens frequently deal with the acceptance of difference and being true to oneself.
We welcome all of the Redwood Day community to this co-sponsored event between Redwood Day School and the RDSPGA/Prism.
Free admission. Childcare available; request with your RSVP.
