Beef-A-Rama™ Roasting Application 

BEEF-A-RAMA™ ROASTING INFO:

You will receive a 10lb USDA Choice Inside Top Round Roast to be cooked on the street.  The road closure starts at 7 am.

Roasts will be judged between 11:00 am and 2:15 pm on Saturday.

There will be 3 - 5 judges per category tasting your roast evaluating it’s Taste, Appearance, and Texture against 12-15 other roasters in your division. Division is based on heating implement of your choice: Wood Fire/Wood Smoke, Charcoal, Gas.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD for BEST SNACK & PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD for BEST DRESSED STALL/STAMPEDE ENTRY. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. All People’s Choice award voting happens on the new  Beef-A-Rama™ event app found at the App Store or Google Play.
