When coaches can clearly identify and name their own gifts, strengths, and, yes, their genius, they can help their clients do the same. Whether you are coaching clients, students, career changers, or program participants, this truly unique methodology takes strengths-identification in a whole new, fun, and very usable direction. Discover the historical origins of the “genius” concept, apply it to your key value proposition, and transform it into a genius name that describes what you have to offer the world. Based on the work of organizational consultant Dick Richards as explained in his book Is Your Genius at Work?
