Robin F. Bond, Esquire, is the founder of the Wayne, PA, employment law firm Transition Strategies, LLC,which represents executives in matters of employment and severance agreement negotiation, executive compensation and equity/stock matters, business deals, as well as workplace coaching and counseling. Robin is the author of the book How to Negotiate a Killer Job Offer, and for 10 years has been a contributing legal analyst for major television network business and news programs, magazines and newspapers including CNN, FOX, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Careerbuilder.com, Philadelphia Business Journal, Time,Forbes and US News and World Report. Robin’s career includes service with the Air Force as an attorney and legal advisor to the Air Force Surgeon General’s Staff, in-house legal counsel for Hahnemann University Hospital, and several other in-house legal positions focusing on corporate transactions. In addition to her private law practice at Transition Strategies, Robin served 3 years on the PNC Bank Women’s Advisory Board and for the past 4 years was a member of the Board of Directors of the Forum of Executive Women of Philadelphia. Robin earned a B.A. degree in journalism, Phi Beta Kappa, from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
