Registration for the 18th Annual Lancaster County Workforce Development Board Summit (2017)

Join the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board for the 18th Annual Workforce Summit, Creative Ways to Upskill Your Current Workforce, to be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at the Best Western Premier Eden Resort & Suites, 222 Eden Road in Lancaster.

The Workforce Summit begins at 7:30 a.m. with a buffet breakfast, followed by introductions, presentation of the Friends of Workforce awards, a State of the Workforce update by Cathy Rychalsky, Executive Director of the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board, and a panel discussion on creative ways to upskill your current workforce to help existing employees move into higher-skilled roles, futhering retention and retaining key talent by building from within. The program will conclude by 9:30 a.m.

Advanced registration is required, and there is a $25.00  fee to attend.  Please pay in advance of the event by sending a check to the LCWDB office.  If paying by credit card, call Rae Miller at (717)735-0333.
