16th Annual Lancaster County Workforce Summit 

Join the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board for the 16th Annual Workforce Summit, entitled "Workforce Innovations, Opportunities and Partnerships", which will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at the Eden Resort Inn, 222 Eden Road in Lancaster.

The Summit begins at 7:15 a.m. with a buffet breakfast, followed by presentation of the Friends of Workforce Awards and the State of the Workforce Address by Dale Hamby, Executive Director of the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board. 

A panel of speakers from the three Lancaster County companies featured in the Top 100 Places to Work in Pennsylvania in 2015 will discuss their best practices and perspective on employee recruitment, retention and engagement, followed by a moderated Q&A.

The program concludes by 9:15 am.

Registration is required, and there is a fee to attend.  If you pay in advance, the fee is $20; if you pay at the door, the fee is $25. If you select the latter option and are unable to join us the morning of the event, you will be invoiced for the $25, so that we may recover the cost of the breakfast that was prepared for you.
