STEM Approved Cub Scouts Program

Join Pole Position Raceway in our STEM Approved Cub Scouts program. This two hour program is focused on kart racing, safety and technology. The program is broken down into different stations, including: Aerodynamics, Racing Safety, and Technology.

Scouts will cover everything about safe karting from “how to pass” to “how to wear safety equipment.” Scouts will have the opportunity to learn from real racers! Each station will include hands on activities for the scouts to participate in and apply the concepts they are learning.

At the end of the program, scouts will be ready to safely drive the karts!

Scouts that complete the workshop will earn a belt loop, diploma, and the following requirements towards the NOVA badge:

1-2-3 Go! NOVA - requirements 1C

Each workshop is from 9am – 11am.

All kids must be at least 6 years old and 48” tall to drive the karts. The Program costs $20 per child and includes a race, Cub Scout belt loop and diploma.

Space is limited to a maximum of 48 scouts per event and will fill up fast.

No refunds or rescheduling to a later date if unattended.
