TPH 2018 Vendor Registration

Mail booth fee by April 6, 2018 (check or money order, NO Cash), fee includes lunch for two. If you didn't register online, mail in registration form with fee. Fee is nonrefundable. Booths are one 6 ft table and 2 chairs, no electricity is provided. Vendors sign at Registration for booth assignment and donated item drop-off.
