 Friends of the Leo Robbins Sailing Center 

The City of Ventura is looking for volunteers, ages 14 and older, to assist us in maintaining our sailing and kayaking equipment at the Leo Robbins Sailing Center (at the south end of Pierpont Blvd.). This volunteer opportunity is scheduled for the first FRIDAY of every month from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  

Volunteer duties include:

  • Clean boats, kayaks and equipment 
  • Hose off dock
  • Light painting

All participants (or a parent/guardian of volunteers under the age of 18) must sign a waiver, available HERE. Waivers will also be available at the project site.

Group Sign Up: On the online registration form under "Group Member Information" you may indicate how many from your group will attend. For "Friends of the Leo Robbins Sailing Center" we can only take a group of up to five volunteers.
