Prisons: A Reflection of Our Society

This interactive course will go “behind the bars” and offer an intimate and humane look at the U.S. prison system from the instructor’s perspective and professional experience. Participants will gain an understanding of the different types of prisons according to security and hear reflections from the author’s book, "Finding Light in the Darkness."
