Transition Planning for Life After High School: An Introduction to the Process

Parents, guardians, family members, and community partners are to attend this training to learn more about working with their Committee on Special Education to collaboratively:

• assess their child's strengths, interests, and needs;

• establish measurable post-secondary goals and annual goals; and

• identify appropriate transition services and coordinated activities.
