small business expo 

This event will provide small businesses with the opportunity to get meaningful, state-of-the-art information from industry experts. It is the only event designed to maximize exposure for small to medium-sized businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce is bringing you a  Small Business & Vendor Expo Thursday, March 30th at the beautiful Dallas Executive Airport.  This event is designed to provide small businesses with practical information from industry experts.

The event will feature a Keynote Speaker, Vendor Expo, breakfast, as well as numerous workshops on pertinent topics including Grow Your Business with Email and Soical Media (Marketing), How to do business with: City of Dallas, Dallas ISD, and DART, Getting Access to Capital, Content Marketing: What to Say & How to Say It, Is that Legal?, and including a special feature called, "How to Become Minority Ceritifed". Over 9,000 area businesses will receive invitations to this event via mail, email, websites and press releases to the community.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Gilbert Aranza
Star Concessions 

Gilbert Aranza is President and CEO of Star Concessions, Ltd., a Food and Beverage Operator and Management Company that owns and operates food and beverage and retail concessions at airports, primarily Dallas Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Prior to his restaurant management career, Mr. Aranza was a partner with Cohan, Simpson, Cowlishaw, Aranza & Wulff, L.L.P., Attorneys and Counselors, and Director of First Southwest Company, Investment Bankers concentrating on the start-up of businesses in Mexico. Mr. Aranza holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

THE WORKSHOPS:

The event will feature 2 break-out sessions with  workshops on a variety of topics pertaining to small business. Tickets to participate in Workshop Class Sessions are $25/person. Check out the workshops that will be featured during the Expo:
