COCA's "Members Appreciation" Evening Social

COCA would like to thank our members for always supporting this organization.  We look forward to seeing our members enjoy themselves at the "Members Appreciation" Evening Social event.  This informal event will be an excellent opportunity to meet our Board of Directors and fellow Construction Associate members. Come and enjoy some food, beverage, networking and fellowship.

Come and spend the evening with the COCA Owners and Construction Associates at our "Members Appreciation" Evening Social on Thursday, May 18, 2017.  The even will run from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  The COCA Board of Directors will be there to talk to and answer questions you may have about securing work in their facilities.  This is a FREE event to attend!!

Check in begins at 4:30 pm.  Appetizers, beer, wine, soft drinks and water will be available during the evening.  There will be no formal program presentation, just fellowship and networking.  

FREE EVENT!!!  There is NO COST to attend, but we are soliciting sponsors to help defray the cost of hosting this event.  If interested, please see the sponsorship opportunity below.  Note: Disregard the "fee" portion on the registration form, unless you are sponsoring this event.  COCA will adjust accordingly.

We are using this format to serve as a membership recruitment opportunity as well as a networking event.  We are asking all COCA members to consider bringing up to three (3) non-COCA members as guests to learn more about the benefits of COCA membership.  Please consider industry partners and accociates that could benefit from membership with COCA and register them as a guest to this event - we will reach out to them with more information about the event.  Prospect packets will be available to anyone interested, at the event.

SPONSOR INFORMATION:  Sponsorships are available for Six-Hundred Dollars ($600) each and will include recognition on event announcements, as well as printed literature at the event.  In addition, you are welcome to bring any sales brochures to distribute and/or banners advertising your company that can be displayed at the event.  To sponsor, please click the SPONSOR section on the registration form.   You may also go to our website (www.cocainc.org), scroll down and locate the "Members Appreciation" event and click on the "here" link to download the Sponsorship PDF form.

NOTE:  Due to costs incurred as a result of registration cancellations, please notify the COCA office (618-288-9434) no later than Wednesday, May 10, 2017 if you or ayone from your group is unable to attend; however, substitutions are always welcomed at anytime.
