2021 Cordova Bay Men’s Club AGM

Zoom Call AGM

The Cordova Bay Golf Men’s Club AGM will take place on Sunday November 7, 2021 at 7:00 pm via Zoom Call.  A link to the online meeting will be distributed via email prior to November 7, along with the minutes of the 2020 AGM and any relevant reports.  The Men’s Club Constitution and Bylaws can be found on the Men’s Club page of the Cordova Bay Golf Course website.

The Men’s Club Board consists of four specific Director positions and up to five additional Directors at Large.  A new Executive will be voted in at the AGM.  The following are the Director positions.  The names listed beside each position are those currently holding that position and have agreed to let their name stand for reelection.

• President – Bruce Tuck
• Club Captain – Paul Snider
• Treasurer - Ken Halcro
• Director  - Ed Van Dyk
• Director - Dave Brar

Please note that members may bring forward names for any of two Director positions or for Directors at Large prior to the AGM. 

Please forward names to Bruce Tuck at  tuckbt@shaw.ca  A call for nominations will also be made during the AGM. 

For those in attendance there will be two special draws this year.  The first will be a $100 Cordova Bay gift card and the second will be a Free Membership for the 2021 season.
