Move Through It - is a workshop designed to help you strengthen your Mind/Body Connection. With increased awareness of your body in time & space comes increased self-confidence, creativity, & calm—a fun group dance experience. No previous dance experience necessary. All activities can be adapted for differently abled participants. $5/scholarships
