Understanding the Bidding Process

Through a collaboration of APB & Associates, Inc. the African American Chamber (AAC), and MBAC (Cincinnati and Dayton), this workshop is intended to identify and support eligible Minority Business Enterprises (MBE’s) in their efforts to obtain ODJFS and other state government contracts through a targeted procurement program for goods and services.
