A cooking demonstration with Aneesh Popat of The Chocolatier

Sunday 15th December at 3pm

Aneesh claims that “if everything in the world was made of chocolate, I’d have eaten it by now”, so consumed is he by chocolate. Though self-taught, he has travelled the world to work alongside Master Chocolatiers. He aims to maximise the flavour experience of quality chocolate, showing how it can be indulgent without compromising on health, and often fuses Eastern spices with Western mastery.
