Presentations will address the following questions:

1. Describe the area of technology you are addressing and tell us why it is of particular interest or particular concern. Why did you choose this area to address?
2. In what sense does this technology area intersect with the concept of “intimacy?” How are you thinking about/understanding “intimacy” in this regard: space/place, informational intimacy, bodily aspects of intimacy, intimacy as privacy, intimacy as something uniquely human?
3. How are you using “vulnerability theory” as it is understood in the VHC project at Emory (see attached)? If you are not using vulnerability theory, how are you using the concept of “vulnerability” and how does it relate to the issues you have identified?
4. What do you think should be the response to the issues that you raise: Governmental regulations, market solutions, professional/ethical rules and regulations, or is it all to be left to the individual “consumer?"
5. Do you consider technology/AI issues as primarily an: individual, market, professional, or societal problem?
