Divine Playtime Registration

What You Need to Know 

Divine Playtime offers care for children ages 6 Months-5 Years in a safe and loving environment.  We offer parents peace of mind while they attend to their volunteering, ministry work, and other tasks on or off campus that are easier completed without children.  Please note:  Children under the age of 24 months may only attend up to two days/week (per our license exemption from Georgia's Bright from the Start).  Parents can sign up a month in advance.

Divine Playtime operates Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, year round (with the exception of IHM's summer VBS, July 13-17).

• We strive to be a nut-free facility.
• All staff are CPR/First Aid Certified.
• We offer a Catholic, developmentally appropriate play environment.

What You Need to Register 

Registration is online and requires you to enter family information, emergency contact details, and basic information about your children including allergies and special needs.

Registration Fees are paid at the time of registration.

After completing your online registration and payment, you need to email/mail your child's immunization form and a signed copy of the License Exemption Acknowledgement Form.  You will receive instructions for this step in the confirmation email.  Once we receive these forms, you will be invited to the private sign up calendar for daily reservations.

Registration, Fees, and Policies 

• Parishioners and non-parishioners may register below.
• There is a $50 Lifetime Registration per family.  Registration includes providing proof of immunization and acknowledgement of license exemption for each child.
• The cost per day is $35 payable via PayPal.   This includes all care, a nut-free snack, and art supplies in the art station.  Please note:  We offer reduced daily rates for siblings and for bulk purchasing.  Please see the reservation calendar's payment screen for more details or contact divineplaytime@ihmatlanta.org.
• Cancelations must be received by 8:00 AM on the day of the reservation.  Please email cancellations to divineplaytime@ihmatlanta.org.  There is a $10 cancelation fee for not notifying in time.  
• Children on antibiotics must have received their medication and be fever free for at least 24 hours before attending Divine Playtime.
• If a child becomes ill while at Divine Playtime, the parent will be notified to immediately pick them up.
