Cost: $100 (pizza lunch provided)

Target Audience: Case managers, counselors, direct service staff

Back by popular demand, this workshop will focus on how case managers, counselors, and other direct services staff can complement their roles with industry-recognized coaching tools and processes, taught by a certified coach. This session will be highly interactive and will teach you the fundamentals of coaching, where and when to integrate coaching tools and skills into your existing practice, and promises to be great fun!

NOTE: This course is a recommended prerequisite for sessions in the 2019 Art of Coaching Series, which dives deeper into the tools and concepts we'll explore. Next up in the Art of Coaching Series is Family Centered Coaching on April 2 and April 30. Learn more and register here
