Has your agency started the process to implement a service integration model or are you thinking of implementing a service integration model of service delivery? This workshop is designed for “early” or new implementers of this model. As a result of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand what a service integration model of service delivery is and how it is different from your current service delivery process
- Identify the steps in implementing a service integration model
- Understand the common challenges when implementing a service integration model including data collection systems
