Create the Business Plan That's Right for You 

A business plan is a living, breathing blueprint for your business that will help you guide and manage your company. This workshop is a must for potential business owners.
 
In this interactive workshop we will cover why you need a plan, how to think about customers and marketing strategy, how to define your business model and business goals, and how to project your funding needs and financial results. Your business plan will communicate your business strategy to potential investors, partners, lenders and others and encourage them to participate.  
  

You will gain insights as well as identify key elements and unique issues in your own plan.

 

Instructors:

Sharon Harris:  Executive with JPMorgan Chase bank. Experienced in hands- on work with small and midsize lenders in various industries, with focus on commercial real estate debt. Expert in bank lending and credit, assessing capital requirements for businesses, enhancing readiness for financing.

Judith Katz:  Executive consultant on organization and operation of non-profit companies; specialist in financial services, including insurance, retail, education, and non-profit. Expert in business planning, marketing strategy, competitive positioning, and organizational development.
