Communicate Effectively and Lead for Results
Do your instructions often get lost in translation at your company?
Clear communication is a big factor in the success of your organization. The better you understand yourself, the better you'll be able to effectively lead your team.
Today we'll look at the 4 personality types and discover how to leverage the strengths and avoid the pitfalls of each so you can maximize your team's productivity.
Participants will be required to take an online DiSC test, print the results and bring them to the workshop. Please pre-register so you can be sent the link for the test.
Instructor: Kelly Ficarra
A veteran small-business owner, Kelly started, owned and operated two award-winning dance studios with large instructor staffs. She completed Dave Ramsey’s Financial Counselor Training and teaches financial management to individuals and small-business owners. Also a certified Business Mentor with SCORE NYC, Kelly provides one-on-one counseling to entrepreneurs and she has twice been written up in the Long Island Business News. She has experience in the fitness industry and c urrently works for NAPW (National Association of Professional Women).
Workshop fees: $49 online pre-registration; $59 walk-ins.
