ficarra pixKelly Ficarra is a 15 year veteran of small business ownership, establishing dance studios in the Queens and Long Island, NY areas. After years of teaching Salsa and Latin Ballroom for various dance studios, Kelly developed her brand, “Rhythms & Soul Dance Studio” which specialized in teaching Latin social dancing to adults. Kelly expanded her studio three times in four years to eventually include two locations which operated like a franchise and focused on exceptional customer service. Kelly is also a SCORE NYC Mentor.
