The province’s new Sexual Violence and Harassment Legislation comes into force January 1st, 2017, bringing about major changes to the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.

Take a proactive step in ensuring your college and staff are prepared, and view this in-depth webinar tailored to address the questions and concerns of career colleges.

Participants will gain an expansive understanding of the college’s responsibility to protect and accommodate students and survivors of sexual violence and harassment and how or when to investigate reported incidents.
